Load a sheet of paper, paper or cloth, wrong side up, on a work table or flat surface. Use a marker pen, track areas outside your coat hanger on the paper. Pin the sides of both pieces with straight legs. Make sure the decorative sides are outward. Sew off your hand leave 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch free at the bottom of the seam. Leave a 1/2 inch gap in the top of paper or fabric so that the hook on the stand can pass through.
Pull the hose through the opening and mount it firmly inside the sewing cap. The bottom is still open at this point, so pull the hanging up through the bottom and curve the hook on the stand slightly so that it can pass through the 1/2 inch opening. Sew a long line along the bottom of paper or fabric. Fold over 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch contribution left at the bottom of two pieces in step 3. Sew a coat hanger all the way to creating a smooth bottom edge.
